Please join us TONIGHT 6/30 to form a human protected bike lane at the site of the crash involving 13 year old, Issac Martinez, who was hit & killed while biking on Chicago's South Lawndale Ave yesterday. We will be honoring his life and drawing attention to the need for safe biking infrastructure.

About the event

UPDATE: Please return tonight 6/30 @ 6pm. The family requested the cycling community make it out tonight as well. They want justice for their son and are trying to get the media there.

A 13 year old boy, named Issac Martinez, was hit and killed while biking in Chicago's South Lawndale Ave Sunday shortly before 7pm.  Issac was hit from hehind by a driver who fled the scene. 

Please join us TONIGHT to form a human protected bike lane at the site of the crash to honor his life and draw attention to this issue.  The media will likely be in attendance.  Please be respectful and safe during this event.  Please help spread the word on social media platforms.
