Fund a Legal Notice to a Company

Help us mail legal notices to companies and agencies that obstruct bike lanes. 
 
Obstructing bike lanes is dangerous and there is a correlation between companies who obstruct bike lanes and them later being involved in a crash or fatality with a bicyclist.
For every legal notice funded, we will be able to mail a legal notice to a company/agency.
By mailing a legal notice to a company/agency they have the ability to address this issue internally by creating policies and training their employees on laws and best safety practices.
For companies that do not address this safety issue, this increases their legal exposure and opens them up for larger judgments against them should they later be involved in a crash or fatality with a bicyclist. (See flow chart in second image)
Example: Bike Lane Uprising recently audited Illinois-based companies registered with the USDOT who had been involved in crashes with bicyclists. We were able to identify no less than half of these crashes involved a company reported to Bike Lane Uprising for obstructing bike lanes.
