    Returns

    • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.

    Refunds

    • We process returns about every two weeks.

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

    • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

     

    Shipping or drop off in person

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    • Shipping costs are non refundable.

    • You must include your order number with your return.

    Why every 2 weeks?

    We run an online store to help us offset the costs of running a free mobile app, technology platform, and bike advocacy.   

    It takes an incredible amount of time and resources to maintain an online store in addition to the work we do to make biking safer. 

    In an effort to maintain our focus on our core mission we limit order fulfillment to every 2 weeks.

    How will I be notified?

    When your order is processed for shipping, you will be sent an automated email that will include a USPS tracking number. Once you receive this tracking number you can sign up to receive shipping updates via the USPS website.
