Those 2.5 years consisted of us letting folks know we were back online after being down for 4 months when Airtable data capped us and ghosted us.

It also included us taking all services offline last summer to rebuild everything and get off Airtable. We were completely down for a few weeks and our maps and live database feed were down for a few months as we rebuilt them.
